I didn't submit any passport photo and got grant, guess it was not compulsory (it was not in the checklist either)

Immi website also says the waiting time is 22 months....

I have finally received my grant yesterday.

Applied : Dec 2019

Co Wendy request: Aug 2020 and grant Jan 2021 by CO Robyn.

People stuck overseas and waiting for a grant need not worry, your visa will be granted even if you are offshore now due to covid. I have seen information related to it on my visa grant notice quoting instructions on how to travel to Aus now

Nishara,

You only have two options now :

Please see if you can request an exemption again if not done and try for a ticket to come back before your 489 expires and you can use your bridging visa.

If that is not an option, you'll have to wait for your 887 grant.

I have a question related to relationship status. I have not joint account with my partner and Never travel together. 

However, I already submitted the  Marriage certificate, Wedding photos, Statement from family and money sending recipts. 

Now CO wants more relationship proofs. 

What should i provide now?

hi seniors, can anybody advice me on this.

i am gathering my residence proof for my 2 years stay and realized 2 months of missing utility bills which i couldn't get it again, since i switched my provider.

i have all 22 bills except 2 in-between the months. do i need to submit all 24 month bills proof or can i submit 22 bills which is showing it covered the all 24 month period.

It's fine to not have only 2 months of bills. I assume you have other residence proof with you like rent agreement.
Note: You can login to your utility provider website to download the bills or call them to send you a copy, OR most of the utility providers do send bills on e-mail where you can search.

Hi Mandy,

Case Officer will not just delay your application for no reason. They must have found something that they need to clarify or verify. I don't mean it's your mistake but confusion may happen subconsciously when answering some questions in the visa application form or adverse information might be fed by a third party agency.

How many "Request for Information"  from the Department have you received so far?
