887 Visa - What's the update?

Can you please tell me whether we have to provide the PCC for the countries where I lived prior to apply 489 visa, as I have already provided it during applying 489 visa.

 

IF CO request provide a new one (i know that is painfull because it takes some time but ready new one if your not too late so your grant will be quicker) might be direct

Yap and AFP as well better to get them ready (AFP just take only 1 week), there is a trend to request AFP and PCC now dont no why but get them ready so your grant will be quicker other wise you may loose more in your waiting period (eg : Child care benefit etc.)

When I called them on 16 th ie tuesday,said that my application has been allocated on 15 th ie monday.But I reckon that they would not make any decision till july.

Hello SAJ I also applied for 887 from 489 on 8th of may 2015 and waiting for the result

 

 

887 is not subjected to any qoutas.Infact Immi has ceased all the point based applications but the visas like 887 are processed very fastly at this time.Those who have applied on May first week have already got their grant so apparently the processing time is around 5 weeks at the moment. After Mid July or by the end of July things will be bit slow so the average processing time might jump up to 2 months.

P.S I hope you are from Kerala
