If I were in that situation of that known mistake would try both to stop the CO asking another thing. Please try to avoid to give them any chance.

If your situation is related to form 80, you'll not find anything in there that matches to the form 1023. my idea is to upload it with date and in description mention the correction Q no to make him understand. thats what I did mate.

Form 80 (filled in with all gaps in work, stay overseas etc clearly)

Letter from University for functional English

Kid Birth certificate (born overseas, 3 years now)

I am on state sponsored skilled migration 489 visa and I completed 2 years living in NT and one year full time job. Now i ll start to apply for 887 next week. Thing is that, I got a job at Perth starting from next week. Could you please tell me can I go there now or do I need to wait until I get the 887 visa.

Thanks, The insurance documents were for address proof i am quite sure. You could provide any other documents where name and address of the applicant is mentioned as address proof. Hope it helps..

Hi Hcelgoog,

 

Nothing to worry about that insurance letter, that was attached as I had no other formal evidence to show that my wife and me were staying together. Usually, I have seen joint accounts for utilities. But in my case, I just had this insurance letter. Just to remind you, I uploaded this document as I had one, nowhere in DIBP portal says that you need to prove that wife and husband are staying together, though.

With this I think i also made a very small mistake while filling out form. So can you or anyone in the forum suggest that if we can report it via Update Us link in immi acount or form 1023 is mendatory. Thanks

There is tab in immi account that lets you do it.

 

Log in to immi account and click on to your application .

It takes you to where you see ''Application mail box".

Just under the application mail box there is another tab called "update us", click it and then click on "notification of incorrect answers", once you press submit after putting in details, it automatically generates a form 1023.

There is tab in immi account, that you see after logging in and clicking on to your application reference. The place where you see the ''Application mail box". Hi Everyone,

 

I been silent member of this group and been visiting since i have applied for 887 visa on 5 april ..

 

My details as follows

 

Visa Applied: 05/04/2016

CO allocated: 23/08/2016

Visa Grant: Still awaiting

 

I have been allocated Team 10 and No any other docs required by CO except my wife's functional English requirement only on 07/09/2016. In that response, I have paid second installment on same day for my wife as she could not appear for IELTS. No response since then. After two weeks i found out that invoice is made on my son's name instead of my wife. i have informed the CO the same on 21/09/2016. But there is no any response. On 22/10/2016 , I have informed CO about my wife's pregnancy but still no response.

 

Still waiting for their positive response ....

 

Anyone who is still awaiting more than 7 months now or anyone who has Team 10 and no response.

 

I am already frustrated and my career is on risk, lost opportunity to buy house .. dont know what to do..

Don't want to come across as rude people. But if English is a secondary language and your applying for 887 Visa. You have to make sure the secondary applicant or Child over the age of 18 has provided a functional English Evaluation. Send this with your main application file... The amount of posts I've read with CO's being allocated is primarily due to this reason. Just a heads up. Good luck.

I am working for my current employer for almost 2 years. I AM WONDERING WHAT WOULD HAPPEN WHEN I WILL JOIN NEW COMPAny and leave this one. Will there be any affect on my application as i am getting new job and if immigration call my previous employer and if in case he can give some wrong information about me and will that affect on my application. Hi Everyone,

 

I been silent member of this group and been visiting since i have applied for 887 visa on 5 april ..

 

My details as follows

 

Visa Applied: 05/04/2016

CO allocated: 23/08/2016

Visa Grant: Still awaiting

 

I have been allocated Team 10 and No any other docs required by CO except my wife's functional English requirement only on 07/09/2016. In that response, I have paid second installment on same day for my wife as she could not appear for IELTS. No response since then. After two weeks i found out that invoice is made on my son's name instead of my wife. i have informed the CO the same on 21/09/2016. But there is no any response. On 22/10/2016 , I have informed CO about my wife's pregnancy but still no response.

 

Still waiting for their positive response ....

 

Anyone who is still awaiting more than 7 months now or anyone who has Team 10 and no response.

 

I am already frustrated and my career is on risk, lost opportunity to buy house .. dont know what to do..

 

Friends your reply and help in this regard highly appreciated...

 

It is safe to say the overwhelming majority of applicants here were allocated to Team 10. May I ask if you come from the several specific areas which need to do extra security check?

I am also in the same situation like you... applied on 11/04/2016.... C/O allocated on 01/09 and asked for my new born baby GP report and emedical signed form. Submitted on 04/09. ....No update after that for 3 weeks. Nearly after a month I found in IMMI acc that my bub needs to go for medical checkup. I did not get email for this one also. Medical done on 12/10/2016 and finalized. After that NO UPDATE.

 

Same team -Team 10. Looks like they are only busy in opening new files . Simply opening new files, if everything is ok.. DIRECT GRANT, if not throw that file somewhere.. None other members in Team 10 want to review the old nuisance files.
