Good news April is here.

i have a question for you my overseas police clearence Is now 12 months old but doesn’t state any expiry date on it. Also i went for holiday for 3 weeks.

what you suggest should i get another overseas pcc?

Yea you should get another one, because CO will check the issue date of the PPC and know that it has expired.

My AFP certificate is expiring soon and I am not sure if I have to apply for another one.

Direct Grant Date 21/05/20

Docs- Along with all basic docs, wife's ielts, no ielts for primary applicant (not requested either). I believe its just random COs are asking for IELTS.

I'd like to ask a question here about  the valid time of AFP.

In the Immi website states: For immigration purposes, Australian police certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

My case: Applied for 887 in Nov 2018, the AFP certificate issued in Apr 2019.

Is it still valid for my application or I need to get a new one?

The National History Check that you have provided is not sufficient. The department requires a 'Complete Disclosure' Australian Federal Police Check from the Australian Federal Police. The Australian Federal Police Check that you previously provided to the department has expired and is no longer valid

Three weeks before I uploaded Indian PCC and AFP for me and my wife.

Due to the English requirement, last week I uploaded English proof Letter from my University and my school along with  Degree and Marksheets  

Also uploaded latest super and bank statements, some of the latest payslips.
