First contected on 12 Sep 2019, asked for my IELTS (Sigle Applicant), took another IELTS (previous one expired) and submited.

It took us less than 14 days...my wife got her in 7 days....mine took a little longer

I believe they must have send the CO some document proving that they have booked the test....

Yeah i think you uploaded the ielts booking receipt so that they gave you the time extension.
