Manas can you tell 28 sep, is it the date u gave them documents or u got file allocated. Just so that next time it can be updated in the table list.

1. I submitted the PCC we provided on our 489 application plus AFP.

2. My partner sat for IELTS in 2013 and it expired so my CO requested again. He's sitting for his IELTS tomorrow. Good thing that I was able to book him for tomorrow in such short notice.

1.your old PCC u mean your origin country PCC right do they accept it even though it must be more then 2 years old ? can i ask the PCC origin from

2.Your partner didn't do IELTS or English exam when you first came on 489 ,cause normally they ask for functional English for partner when applying for 489 ,does the partner will need to appear English exam again?

My visa was state sponsored by NT Govt and I spent few months there in search of Job but I couldnt get any. Hence, I Moved to another regional areas since my visa allows me to work anywhere in regional areas.

 

Will this have any impact when applying for 887? Is there anyone in this forum who worked / lived in another regional areas and got a 887 PR ?

I checked in the DIBP website and it was mentioned to notify both states about your decision. Hence, I have dropped an email to both states but haven't got any response .

I am not state sponsored but I heard like u need approval but i am not really sure. May be someone who gone through this or know this rule, can help you.

you don't need to worry as long as you live in given postcodes by immigration. no need to notify anyone.

it's upto co sometimes they ask sometimes they don't. i don't think it's hard to fill and there's no disadvantage to submit it.

When you apply its better to upload from 80, rather than waiting for CO to ask. The form is 18 pages loooong but if u upload it upfront....saves you a lot of time after CO allocation.

that you have functional English for the partner english insted of appearing in IELTS and waiting 2 weeks for the result
