Finally, I've just got grant letter!!!

Applied on 7th September

First CO : 8 Dec - Ask to update my wife's AFP certificate.

Grant: 22 Feb 2018

I want to say thank you to everybody who share info in this forum - it's really helpful.

Well now the new strategy is to clear September applicants first before moving to October.

Plz let me know that when did you submit your wife AFP please as it was requested on 8 dec?? 

As I submitted my wife afp on 22!

Hi bro, finally lucky to get this. As per my understanding there is paper base medical needs to do for newborn 6 months old baby. Check with any professional lawyer for that.good luck.

Hi guys,  I am just wondering  when I cant get a visa Grant 

I applied 21th of Sep ,2017  and 1st Co contacted me  21th of Jan 2018 for asking AFP under English name...  and submitted 

and still waiting..  I just worry that I have to back to my country 16th of March.. because my father will have surgery

How do you think guys ?  Can I get a visa grant before flight ? 

and If visa is granted when I am overseas , I've heard  I have to back in AU  and waiting to get a visa grant 

How long days again..?  

Thanks guys  I am just bit stressful...

Hi Kkang

I think the department will not accept your grant unless you are here in Australia. So If you go now in overseas they will hold your file. Once you back they will grant ur visa.

Based on the forum statistic look like your visa might grant on before mid of March 2018 or might be the end of March. Hopefully, your father will be okey

You will have to email CO stating your travel dates and reasons. usually they hold until you are back in Australia.
