Seaford day and night clinic is great.It's open 7 days and as the name say's day and night.They also bulk bill medicare so you have nothing to pay.

Have a look at http://www.coastviewmotorinn.com.au. we havn't stayed there but we live nearby[Port Noarlunga south]It has a great location and the food is great.It's right on the esplanade and really handy for all of the southern suburbs.

I remember how I was feeling this time last year waiting for my spouse visa.My husband's visa to be in England was due to run out on the 20th december and we were going through the whole should he leave without me situation or as RockDr suggested do I come on a tourist type visa and go out to validate when the visa was granted:arghh:We did it by the skin of our teeth and landed here with the visa in place,together on the 3rd december.Phew!!!!Anyway,the visa took 4 months from the day of lodging but I do believe it can take up to 6 months at the moment.I would suggest getting his medical and police clearence done now and then you can front load them with the application.GOOD LUCK.Sharon

Hi Pixie,we stayed in an eco tent [fully furnished tent with floors and sleeps four]at west beach.Think it was $79 a night in december2010.Look at http://www.adelaideshores.com.au.

We were sat on the balcony at about 4pm at Moana and we watched them for about an hour.They were drawing a bit of a crowd on the beach too.I havn't been too well recently and it really made my day.In fact I am sitting staring at the sea now hoping to see them again!

We have a great little suzuki swift for sale that we got while we got on our feet.It's up for $1250 ono.It's parked on Moana esplanade near Deep Blue if anyone wants to take a peep at her.Only selling as Mick has got a company vehicle now.

We are in the same position and it is frustrating.All our money is tied up in our house in England and we are going have to wait for the market to pick up before we even think about selling.We have a really great rental but it would be nice to have a place that we can make our home but like you said,it's difficult to get the deposit together.The only way to look at it is at least you are here.Hope you feel better soon.x

He mainly does wine tours but if you pre-book him then he is happy to do local runs in the evenings.He lives at Willunga.We use him every saturday to get back from wherever we decide to ditch the car!!
