Hi guys, we got assigned C.O :)

congratz to everyone else who has recently been assigned also :)

Our C.O requested a document to be uploaded.

Does anyone consider this as a good sign, that applications are still being assigned to C.O around the 7-10week after lodgement?

As immi stated they have not reached the quota yet, so fingers crossed people :))

 

Congratulations on CO can i ask when you you lodged your visa and was it for a 190 visa. We lodged on 4th February but still waiting for CO

We've just been allocated our CO...7 1/2 weeks after lodgement. They're looking for medicals and Police checks:-)

Hopefully processing is still happening, albeit slowly. Chin up everyone:wink:x

Congrats! What was the exact date of your lodgement and what was your occupation? I submitted on the 9th of Feb and still awaiting CO...fingers crossed!

HI Taffyowen, Lodged 1st Feb. IT Manager.:-) We're still in shock, didn't expect it, so soon, to be honest. Not to say, we haven't been counting the weeks but:smile:, happy all the same.

Well done to you all -it a big life changer! When are you heading down under? Have you been before? Ive been to Oz a few times but not in Adelaide since 2001 - great for families and outdoor life frpm what i could see....

We were there in Nov 2012 for three weeks, had a ball, brilliant holiday.

If we get the grant, hoping to be there around Oct/Nov this year..in theory anyway. What about you?

We lodged for 190 visa SA on 31st of Jan;)

id say u will be assigned your CO really soon :)

Hi Guys,

 

I need help of an expert / experience person on this website.

I applied for 489 visa on 6th Feb'14 for SA though state sponsorship. Fortunately, case officer was assigned to me on 20th March. He asked me to fill Form 80 for me & my spouse. We filled the same & it was successfully received by CO on 4th April. However, subsequently, I received the email that my application may take more time than general. I believe it is the same generic email that had been received by my fellow-mates on this website. My occupation was under Medium availability at the time of lodging the claim in Feb'14 & now it is showing Low availability.

 

Please share if anyone you know had got the visa under similar circumstances & in what time-frame ?

 

Looking for few motivating words from you.
