No we had medical for our 489. We had to complete a medical for my 2 year old and the new born medical was completed "on the books" which is just a letter from the paediatrictian/GP saying all was ok

They contacted us in July 2019, CO that granted was Katherine

I too have the same query about changing the region. Did you get an affirmative YES from Orana that you can go ahead and change the state/region? What reasons you gave in your email? Can this be done in case of other states (e.g. QLD) as well?

I am sure that all of the CO's got guidelines to do that. I know some students who landed here few week after I landed and got the residency(SC-190) few months ago and here I am waiting for it even after coming on so called PR(By those Students) from last three years and eight months.
