they have already started feb files.as you are on 25th feb.you will get a response soon..i think they are clearing backlog and slowly proceeding  feb files.

when you make a complain it's okie to provide your details,anyway you got nothing to hide

yeah that will be fine. But they will ask to provide passport details as soon you get it.

I am not sure why the call center people sitting for immi department are really rude. Why do not they put up themselves in our shoes and realize our situation.  called immigration today and lady on the other side was so insensitive. she completely denied to open my application and check" stating it is against out rule book" and according to her 12-15 months time frame is applicable to everyone irrespective when you have lodged the application. instead of empathy she was like, I have told you before as well. Feeling really angry.

You can send this on  adelaide.gsm.team10@border.gov.au  

In subject add your passport no. date of birth and TRN. 

And call immigration after send them email.

Almost closed to 11 months of waiting.

Submit a complaint 30 Oct and received a response the next day.

Hey congrats .. actually if you don’t mind me telling what have you written in that complaint. Just for a basic idea .. and should I put my complain in ? It’s been 8 months my file hasn’t been open ? Your rrply would be much appreciated.
