I believe you need to give Statutory Declaration stating that as your doing taxi job there are no Super Annuation 

You can also include 52 weeks bank statements as well showing your weekly salary in case if you have not provided earlier

Have you submitted Notice of Assessment if not submit that as well

Hi @Honey2896, is there any medical checkup template for baby under 6 months? My daughter will take her 6-week- checkup soon. Maybe I can use the result for the visa application. Thanks!
