How come immigration say they are working on files lodged before November 18 while they are not even working

Hi Guys. I have lodged my 887 on 8th May 2018. 7th June 19 CO allocated( named Wilson). 25th October another CO ( Named Michael) asked for S80 and other address proof. Anyone can advice how long it gonna take and why two COs are allocated? Thanks guys

i traveled 4 weeks twice overseas 

but let me tell you guys 

i have uploaded everything 

mre than 65 weeks full 35 hours payslip

annual super statements’s 

employee letter

tax documents 

with my residence 

all lease and lodger agreement for 6 months i was living with my friend 

all utility bill in one pdf

phone bill in one pdf

marriege certicate

lease agreement that we live together 

bank statements full for both

form 80

new passport renewed uploaded before asking

and AFP

and also a photograph as well

i was full 100% there

just not pcc coz as far as i know we don’t need if you travel as holidays
