yes, we love the port dock, have you tried the beer sampler, where you get 100ml of all 6of the beers etc were off there this weekend again!!!

if you like going to pubs, try the port dock brewery at port adelaide that has all different brews and some dark.

we had to have a employer sponser, we are nurses so it was fairly easy. we landed here Oct 06 and got PR March 08. If you can go for the PR first it will be so much easier and cheaper for you in the long run

We came on a 457 visa but we had to have all the medicals etc, then when we applied for PM we had to pay for them all again, plus the 457 wasnt any quicker being issued than going straight for the PM initially

When you speak to Alex for your interview ask where you will be located because, even though you may be employed by Glenside you could be at Woodville at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital(TQEH), or in Elizabeth at the Lyell Mcewin Hospital (LMH), or the Royal Adelaide(RAH), even James Nash or Oakden. That way you will know where to look for rentals etc

Could be a chap called Alex Edward Brown, he sometimes does the interviews. Just tell them about yourselves and your experience. that you are aware of all the changes that are going on at Glenside at the minute. The Royal Adelaide whilst comes under CNAHS is actually a different campus. So double check that at interview so you know where you may want to base yourselves. If you are unsuccessful with the interview which im sure you wont be, then ask them to take you on as a sponsored RN, then you can apply for any other job that comes up. There are lot of prospects and as soon as you are here, even as an RN you can reclass to a level 2 CN. Hope this helps

yeah i looked into a few things too but like you say it all looks like a scam and you have to pay monies up front

we were supposed to fly back with tA from Hobart, got phone call on way to airport saying flight was cancelled, this was Friday, next flight was going to be on Monday, we got offered the cost of our return cheap flight back. had to pay $500 each to come back with VB and the insurance wont pay out. Would never EVER fly with them again.
