I think you can provide your degree Transcript , certificate, completion letter as well as a cover letter explaining that you have Australian two years qualifications. Then  it would be fine.

In my opinion to be on safe side you should get the AFP-PC with all the three surnames spelling and don't worry about the PCC from the home country.
