And when you lodged ur complaints, what kind of reply did you get?

Yeah I did. They just didn't pick see them so I put a complaint in which was about 3 weeks ago. And they replied apologizing but then asked for more pay slips for the 2nd year and also for a stat Dec for a caution which I got about 20 years ago. Which was Friday just gone which I followed up the complaint with another one saying this should have all been done on first contact and then received grant today

First was about 3 weeks ago sorry can't remember date and 2nd was Friday just gone. Just a stat dec which is on their website as I had a caution from bout 20 years ago

First of all it was 1 year full payslips and then they asked for 2nd year so I provided them again so was alot in the end as I got paid weekly. Reply was just apologizing as they asked for birth certificates which I had already submitted

I honestly don't know why they asked. I supplied 108 in total as got paid weekly

From the last 4 weeks grants it’s clear that they will finish before June 18 applications first. Afterwards they will start July
