My wife served in para military forces but she was in medical department directly in touch with patients. She quit her Job before came to Australia. Does she need to fill these forms which you mentioned or there is more forms she needs to fill.

Unfortunately, I am not a specialist on this, she may have to fill this form regarding military service or she may not need to. I think, if you are in doubt, good idea to talk with a migration agent.  

I am sorry, but I am not much help here, as I was not in this situation myself. Some of our members here who served in military had to do this form, as CO asked for that specifically.

Hours are important and not income. As long as you meet threshold of hours you should be good to file.

asked for an updated AFP which is now expired, include all your alias (I don’t have any alias).

this AFP was issued in march 2019 and i have no clue how it expired, not finished yet....this AFP was earlier asked by CO sophorn that the name is not as per passport

I am completely confused....what’s wrong with the AFP "name or date" ?

already submitted with a correct name also earlier.

my name as in passport- both names are in given name section. but some of the Australian proofs has one of my given name as surname. submitted AFP's in both the styles and they are 6-7 months old......

my only guess is that i need to submit one AFP with both the names styles...ridiculous

experts please comment....

The Department of Home Affairs has received your feedback on .. July 2019. Feedback on our processes and services is important and we thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

 

This matter has been referred to the relevant business area for action. We aim to provide a response within 15 working days of this email.

Its really bad on them

But to resolve this issue just put your correct given name in the first place and put second name in the place known by any other name.

My understanding is PCC should match exactly with your Passport Name

As you mentioned I am just wondering why your one of your Australian Proofs has your given name as surname, you must have sorted this out before submitting to immigration so that It avoids confusion like this??
