I am a silent follower, just need to know about my situation.

I applied 887 on 26 Aug 2019.

1st contact: 10 June 2020, asked for NZ PCC and work documents (already provided while lodging the visa). There is no requirement for NZ PCC as I have not lived in NZ since 2011. I still submitted it in 2017 while lodging 489 and they verified it. Now again asking for it was a major concern.

Submitted both these documents on 15 June 2020.

I called in order to ask for further, it seemed as if the person talking to me was just sitting in front of the computer and reading out from the website. He didn't even care to ask us for the reference number or any name either.

I just want to know how long can they take to process the file once the docs have been submitted?

@sha_adelaide how do you know this would happen? Did it happen before that some applications were processed that quickly? Is this legit or a typo? Surely they’re not processing May 2020?! Anyone have an idea why this could be?

By the way, hi everyone, I am following this forum as of this month, I found tracking trends most interesting. Thanks, moderators, for doing that. It provides at least some sort of estimation on when we could expect our file to be opened.

added in your data. Answer for your previous question honestly it was just a feeling. With analysing the trend on the tracker how CO opening a file and asking for documents I had a feeling someone from 2020 will get a grant in next week.
