887 Visa - What's the update?

Most likely they will ask you for an AFP with all names you have used so try to get another afp that shows all the names you have used previously. As for the bill it shouldn’t be an issue you can request the utility company to update or change your name and then download the new bills with correct name. In the end it all depends on the co if they had their coffee in the morning before picking your file or not. All the best.

887 Applied on 25-Nov-2019,

> Police certificates, PP photo and Employment proof for Primary applicant.

> Police certificates, PP photo, DOB for Partner.

> PP photo and passport scan copy of 5 yrs old kid.

Uploaded again on 11-07-2020...

These documents were already uploaded during 887 lodgement, so why they are asking again for the same.

Dear friends from 887 group, I just submited my 887 application. But there is an issue worries me. I didn't mention any alias name in my application form. But my payslips show both my full name and the name my boss called me. Like this: Guangmin( Min ) ZHU. And my mechanic service invoice also showed Min ZHU, Min is what they called me....But the bank statements and other doc show the full name only. Will there be any issue? Really worried because I already made a mistake by putting my parents into non accompany familu unit and made a notification of incorrect answers, look like patches everywhere. someone help... anxious.

Where did you go for your leave? I think that if it is no more than 4 weeks per year average outside desinaged areas, it would be fine.

@DVR Did you mean JG as JP(Peace of Justice) here in Australia? 

I applied 887 visa in this 2nd July. My full name has used all the document including AFP and others but in my Payslips my employer use "Mohammad A Islam" instead of "Mohammad Aminul Islam" . That was happened due to Bank made this brief name to deposit money and I also forwarded my employer same. So now bit confuse regarding this. Could you please suggest should I also take a statutory declaration from JP regarding this?

Sorry, yes I meant was JP. Yes. get a statutory declaration signed, saying all the names refer to the same person. These things can't be considered as issues bro

Further to my last comment, you are giving your payslips along with the bank statements (and Super) , so they can match the values.

I believe anyone from your family can visit the college or university to do that. Even any of your friends can also. 

Mostly they need your signed application letter, all mark sheets and degree certificate to issue the certificate.

Hi Guys, its off topic but wondering what do you think of this case.

I have a friend who got refusal for 489 because she claimed 75 points instead of 70 points (she claimed 5 points for studying 1 yr in regional, which she should not) so the reason for refusal because apparently she didnt meet the legal requirement for the points.  But she still actually have 70 points. She already consulted an agent, but wondering what do you guys think.

Hi All,  "NOT RELATED TO PR, Just need help on a different query"

 

I am here in Adelaide on 489 visa. As far as I know and understand, Medicare does not cover major Dental procedures.

I need to get root canal done and the cost came up around $4500(root canal 2500+ crown and consultation 2000) which is a huge surprise to me and I don't think, I can afford it.

My private health insurance does not cover this and for some part there is a 12 months waiting period.

I am from India and I can get this all done under $200 - $300 from a very good specialist (even with tickets it would be under $1500, people from India can relate with my saying on this.) however the situation right now wont allow me to go to India for at least 1 to 1.5 years.

Now, the situation I am in is complicated. I just needed suggestion and guidance from someone who has any knowledge on this so that I can come up with a decision.

I got it done here on instalment meaning the dentist did some work every week and I paid him the amount for that work. Kept doing that until the whole treatment was done. No one has thousands of dollars laying around to pay at once for dental treatment. Talk to your dentist and he should devise a plan for you. If not then see another dentist. All the best.
