  3. He will have to do a course first before he will be able to get his licence Its In two parts. You can do the course at a number of places Tafe, Master builders HIA etc think it cost about $1000 now you can do it at night or one day a week or over 2 weekends. Once you have done the course and passed the take home section you can then apply to OCBA for a licence they will call you in for an interview and will tell you what they will licence you for. Depends on which course you do it can take a while to get a licence. If you go onto the Ocba website you will get the info there. You have to pay nearly $200 each year for your licence as well.

  18. Depends what way you take and what kind of services you are looking for will you need a toilet on your stops as it could take you as long as 40/45 mins from your location off the northern suburbs by car or will you be going by bike might take you a bit longer. Will you be able to hold your toilet needs for that long? There's a nice on the run service station at Magill and one just further on your trip at Glenunga and you can use the toilets in both of them just ask at the pay station for the key .Let us know what route you are going to take and we may be able to help you out some more. I found even just working afternoon shift and being at home I missed part of my kids growing up getting in when they were in bed and seeing them for 10 mins in the morning before they went to school. Its hard to work out what is for the best.
  23. I was listing to the Irish hour on the radio today and there was a story on it about backpackers in Perth using soup kitchens at night for a free meal as they can not find work due to the down turn and the woman that runs it was complaining that it was for homeless people but she has on average 10 backpackers looking for a meal. I thought Perth or W.A was booming according to what you hear.
