It is only my assumption, but they are not with us any more... 😞 🙂 They dropped out of communication long time ago and @Kota is not even visiting forum since mid-February. I guess they are working on clearing the backlog right now, but fingers crossed they'll pick up a few Feb files along the way. 🙂

Actually, they must be looking at Feb files, as they grant 489 and bridging visas to newborns of February applicants... 🤞
