Hi guys, can you guys please suggest the naming convention to attach documents? is there any standard way of doing it? I want to make sure that it is straight forward for the visa officer when he or she open the application  😂😂😂😂

There is no standard way, but good idea to make it as clear as possible. 🙂 Examples:

John_Smith_Birth_Certificate_Original

John_Smith_Passport_UK

John_Smith_Marriage_Certificate_Translated

John_Smith_AFP_Certificate_Jan_2019

John_Smith_Payslips_2017-2018

John_Smith_Residency_Proof_2017-2019

Etc 🙂

Thank you so much, Russki, very helpful and I will follow your suggestion.

Another question, I have lived in three different addresses during the last two years, when I attached lease agreements, bank statements, utility bills, etc where I should upload as there is one specified location. SHould I scan all docs as one document or can I attach them in other document section?

Thanks, heaps in advance!

It is really up to you, I think, how to organise the documents, but nice to do it according to some logic. 🙂

For instance, you can collect residency proof in 3 piles: address 1, address 2 and 3. And scan into 3 PDFs. Call your PDF accordingly:

J_Smith_Residency_Proof_Address_1_From_Jan-17

J_Smith_Residency_Proof_Address_2_From_Mar-18 etc.

Just as an example, you can organise everything totally differently. Just make sure CO can clearly see what's happening. 😉

Hey @Bern83 i have uploaded all other doccuments apart from kids medical .. our indian pcc arrived within a week as we did not travel to home country in past 3 yeas .. i have called immi today to get the medical hap id sorted. The guy was very helpfull and generated a querey about hap id .. he advised to wait now .. and not to worry about anything else as its not in our hand to book a medical without a hap id.
