Hey everyone,

I got my 489 on the 18th Jan 2018, I am working full time and staying in regional place for last 2 years. I took 1 week of Annual leave last year and visited Melbourne and took 2 weeks of AL last month. My question is will i be eligible to apply for 887 on the 18th Jan  or do i need to wait for another 3 weeks . Any response regarding this would be highly appreciated. Cheers,

If you only take a short visit within Australia you don’t need to make up the time

Hi guys just got my grant today 14/1/20

application date 5/11/2018

direct grant. family of three.

my prayers are with you guys hope everyone get their grants soon.

this forum been great help. Please somebody update me on tracker. I was self employed and drove taxi and uber. They did not ask for medicals we did ours at the time of 489 all three of us.

Looks like the processing time will be going down further.. they are already into November now.. December 18 we have less applications as compared to previous months soon they would start with January 19. 

It will be beneficial for  all December 18 to March 19 applicants to review and check their documentation to avoid any unwanted delays or query.  

Progressing well.. Best wishes to everyone.

How do we know the number of files in subsequent months ? Also one of my friends about to lodge 887 and her agent gave her the documents stating the processing time 9-15 months. Not sure if it’s the outdated one?
