    aussie xbox

Tamara can you pm me the details please. My Xbox has been dead for a while.
  3. Bunny hop them. I've nearly ran a few over on bike tracks. They mostly get out of the way quickly.
  4. Well you can either go to an architect or a building designer. Both are 'one stop shops' and will give you a complete service. You'll pay quite a bit more for an architect, but it doesn't mean you'll necessarily get a better design. If you know what you want you can save quite a bit by getting someone to draw up your own design, but they will need enough knowledge of the BCA and Aus standards to get building rules approval. I'd say its easy but I do it every day.
  5. If you need help I can draw some plans up for you and assist with planning and building rules approval. Revit or Autocad.
  6. Nah, you live in a rough area, nobody throws anything at my house, car or person. I've been to the woodcroft tavern and feared for my life. And I wasn't oblivious to that. My fiancée works in woodcroft, and they are always stealing items from their garden. It's just a dodgy area.
  7. We applied for a 820 last year and it was granted in 4 days (after receiving the application) so sometimes you get lucky with processing times. They said that full complete applications are usually processed far quicker than incomplete applications. Good luck, hope you aren't waiting too long.
  8. Yeah and somewhere decent to build for a reasonable price. Seaford Meadows is but it's halfway to Melbourne and there's naff all to do there but I suppose that's why it's affordable lol.
  9. Architects don't usually do any structural design. We always either use an engineer or get our drawings signed off by an engineer before issue. So you would have needed an engineer anyway.
  10. MOT's are a UK thing. To re-rego it, you literally just pay the amount to renew the rego when transferring the car into your name. Servicing is an excellent idea though - all cars need it. Any pics of the car? Service history? Is it accident damage? Has it been in an accident? Any money owed on the car?
  11. Bit far for you maybe but jt cycles in Brighton have a ride from their shop every Saturday morning at 7am. They do about 40km. I'm always up for a ride.
  12. A reasonably priced architect?? Good luck with that one. I can recommend many. PM me if you want and I can give you some info.
  13. Oh not sure I just presumed that it was due to seeing quite a few people with them. Maybe I'm wrong (quite often am). It's worth asking - I will ask next time I top mine up.
  14. $5 I think. Mine was free as I was part of the trial which started 6-7 months ago.
  15. I've got a oyster style metro card as have thousands of other people. Just ask for one.
  16. Think its only SA that has small pints. Melbourne and Sydney both have imperial sized pints as standard. Can't comment on anywhere else as I haven't been to the other cities.
  17. Dan's got a point. If someone doesn't notice the huge signs and flashing lights, they're unlikely to notice the child crossing the road. Time for the old bird to get her bus pass. At least the bus won't fall between the tracks.
  18. Um... What's with all the abuse? Twat, cock etc. There's really no need for all of it. Whilst I agree that it's not fair for someone to choose to take their life by impacting others directly (jumping in front of traffic/trains etc) as already has been said, people are ill and do not think rationally. If they were thinking rationally they wouldn't do it in the first place. Have a little compassion and keep your profanity to yourself. Name calling is for children. It seems many of us have been affected by people close to us taking their own lives. You shouldn't really judge mentally ill people and their actions.
  19. Scooterdan - you're just as bad, your signature is a complete and utter lie. You're 30!! Shouldn't be on the road.
  20. How people miss the signs and flashing lights at the start of the o-bahn is beyond me. Should be charged with driving without due care and attention and made to resit their test. Even if the lights weren't a dead giveaway that they shouldn't be there, the raised tracks barely wide enough for your car should be a subtle hint. At least it's one less muppet in the road for a bit haha.
  21. The answer to this question is so subjective, and completely depends on the family, and what they consider a comfortable living. A family of four could survive on $40,000 a year salary (you'll get child credits too). I know this, as I know a family that do. But I also know some single people that wouldn't be able to survive on $40,000 a year on their own. (They could easily but they define surviving as eating out 3-4 times a week and always doing something.) I'd say a family could live a comfortable life on an income of about $80,000 - but again that's just my opinion.

    Ambo Cover

Well not really as you've spent $987 odd lol. But wouldn't be without it. We just use the SA ambulance as we don't have private health cover. You never know!!
